Your item(s) will be held
for 10 days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold
will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock. Personal checks must clear our
bank before your jewelry ships. Please use other payments options if you
would like a speedy shipment.
All Missouri customers will have a
6.725% sales tax added.
All orders paid for using a credit card or PayPal will ship within 1-2 business days after
your order is placed.
We ship first class or priority mail in the USA.
Upgrades to express shipping are available for an additional cost.
All orders under $75 are shipped first class for $4.50. Orders over
$75 are shipped Priority Mail for $7.00 with large orders being a little more.
USA Express Shipping $25 (next day in most cities)
USA Priority Shipping $7.00 (2 - 3 days)
USA First Class Shipping $4.50 (3 - 5 days)
International orders are always
welcome here at AJ Jewelry. Due to the increase in shipping,
International orders will show a $24.75
shipping charge when you place your order. Adjustments to the shipping cost on your order
will be made if the cost is higher or lower before it is processed.

Our Return Policy
important to us and we offer a
satisfaction guaranteed refund. You must contact us by phone or email
within three (3) days of receipt of the merchandise for a return.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance
costs. Returned merchandise must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the
return. You will receive notification once
we’ve received your return item and a refund will be issued. A
15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PIERCED EARRINGS due to Health and Safety
We take extra
precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. Please
contact us for instructions if your order does arrive damaged.
