Product Availability	Orders will be processed as they are received. Items are one-of-a-kind and therefore are subject to prior sale.
Credit Cards	Our Secure Server Shopping Cart uses Secure Socket Layer technology for your credit card protection. Your Shopping Cart will automatically submit your jewelry order. You will receive a computer-generated email confirmation with the total to be charged.
Order Processing Checks or Money Orders	Your Shopping Cart will automatically submit your order. You will receive a computer-generated email confirmation that your order was placed. Print a copy of your order and mail it along with your check or money order to: AJ Vintage Jewelry P.O. Box 14224 Springfield, MO 65814 Your item(s) will be held for 10 days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock. Personal checks must clear our bank before your jewelry ships. Please use other payments options if you would like a speedy shipment.
PayPal Payments	We do take PayPal payments for payment. Just follow the the screen directions and it will take you to PayPal and payment can be made for your order. If you are not already a Pay Pal member you will need to sign up to use their service by following their simple 5 min. step by step procedure.
Telephone Orders	We do take telephone orders over the phone for your convenience. The best way to do this is to use our secure shopping cart and fill in all your information with the jewelry that you would like and send it. Sales Tax	All Missouri customers will have a 6.725% sales tax added.
Shipping Policy International Shipping	All orders will ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. We ship first class or priority mail in the USA. Upgrades to express shipping are available for an additional cost. All orders under $50 are shipped first class for $3.50. Orders over $50 are shipped Priority Mail for $5.00 with large orders being a little more. USA Express Shipping $17.00 (1-2 days) USA Priority Shipping $5.00 (2 - 3 days) USA First Class Shipping $3.50 (3 - 5 days) International orders are always welcome here at AJ Jewelry. International orders will show a $6 shipping charge when you place your order. Adjustments to the shipping cost on your order will be made if the cost is higher before it is processed. Please send me an email with the item numbers that you are interested in if you would like to know the exact cost for shipping that you will be charged when your order is processed.
Our Return Policy	You are important to us and we offer a satisfaction guaranteed refund. You must contact us by phone or email within three (3) days of receipt of the merchandise for a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Returned merchandise must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. You will receive notification once we’ve received your return item and a refund will be issued. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PIERCED EARRINGS due to Health and Safety regulations.
Damage Policy	We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. Please contact us for instructions if your order does arrive damaged.
