with a deep glowing blue enamel background and accented with
crystal fleur de lis.
Each fleur de list is paved with Swarovski crystals.
Fleur-de-lis, the lily flower, is the emblem of French Royalty, and

The inside of the cuff is marked with the famous Swarovski Swan
