Juliana jewelry is a style of jewelry that used art glass stones, beautiful color combinations, dangling AB crystals and high quality rhinestones and was manufactured in the 50's and 60's by the Delizza & Elster company.  The jewelry was never marked until 1967 and 1968 when the company started using the Juliana hang tags.  Delizza & Elster jewelry (also known as Juliana jewelry) has become highly collectible with vintage costume jewelry collectors who love glitz.
